Project Overview
Dimensional Worldwide was chosen to partner with ESI Design, NY on a major update of one of Beacon Properties premiere NYC buildings; 85 Broad Street. We collaborated with ESI from the inception of the design, working with them to refine their concepts and create of a number of full size mock-ups. Our team worked to value engineer components, obtain necessary structural engineering sign-offs and eventually fabricate, deliver and install all approved elements which included a complete overhaul of both the interior lobby as well as the exterior including an animated lighting system which encircles the entire building.
