Project Overview
When Dimensional designed and engineered Schneider Electric’s groundbreaking VIEW system (Virtual Interactive Engagement Wall) the project’s debut in Paris was an instant success. Ever since, Dimensional has been working with Schneider to take the VIEW around the world. The touch-screen experience is now in 16 locations including Boston, Las Vegas, Hong Kong and Singapore.
The primary purpose of the VIEW is to present a complete, consistent message about the range of products and services offered by Schneider Electric. But while the message is the same, Dimensional makes individual modifications to accommodate varying space configurations and different technologies. After the VIEW is up and running in a particular location, our involvement with the system is not over. We continuously monitor and manage the systems using specialized software and networked webcams.
These installations have become the feature design element of their spaces, presenting the Schneider brand on a highly interactive, richly digitized customer engagement platform.
